Title : Business Analyst
Skills : 2-4 years business analysis experience
Job description:
Candidate will assist in developing Global Shared Services scorecard. She or he will produce SLA monthly reporting for Help Desk and Site Support, proactively conduct trend and root cause analysis from reports, produce meaningful metric reporting, conduct process improvement workshops for personnel, provide SLA awareness and training and develop procedures to increase performance targets. Candidate must demonstrate technical competence , the ability to plan, present and lead meetings effectively and be able to initiate opportunities to enhance business effectiveness. She or he must work well independently and in a team environment. Four years business/technical degree and two or more years of prior related work experience are required.
