Systems Analyst for Dayton, OH: Will consult with clients to determine their business needs, gather and analyze requirements, design and architect custom software solutions and assist with their implementation. Work with various tools such as SAS, CICS , JCL, DB2 , COBOL, Unix, MVS, INFORMATICA, IMS, Oracle, MS SQL, C, C++, Java, Db2/UDB, TOAD, SQLPlus, JavaScript, JSP, Java Servlets and HTML. As a team member, He will be responsible for the preparation of flow charts and diagrams to illustrate the sequence of steps the program must follow and to describe the logical operations involved. Will also be responsible for the integration and seamless blending of existing hardware, software, and information retrieval systems, with the newly provided programming solutions. Masters Degree (foreign equivalent acceptable) required, will consider Bachelors Degree with five years progressive experience in lieu of Masters, 40 hr. week, competitive Salary. Title : Business Analyst

Skills : 2-4 years business analysis experience

Job description:

Candidate will assist in developing Global Shared Services scorecard. She or he will produce SLA monthly reporting for Help Desk and Site Support, proactively conduct trend and root cause analysis from reports, produce meaningful metric reporting, conduct process improvement workshops for personnel, provide SLA awareness and training and develop procedures to increase performance targets. Candidate must demonstrate technical competence , the ability to plan, present and lead meetings effectively and be able to initiate opportunities to enhance business effectiveness. She or he must work well independently and in a team environment. Four years business/technical degree and two or more years of prior related work experience are required.
